Our Associates

Wellsteed Associates Limited has developed its capability and capacity in recent years to accommodate the increasing demands of clients. To this end, we draw selectively from our team of core associates. Comprising six independent consultants, our business model enables us to take on larger pieces of work and to access a wider range of skills.

Associates are matched to projects in accordance with their subject expertise and experience. In situations where neither Lorna nor Andrew is directly involved in a project, matters of accountability are routinely brokered and negotiated with the client by one of the Directors before the work begins.

Our Partners

Historically, we purposefully developed and maintained robust and durable relationships with the NHS. In recent years we have worked extensively with multi-agency, multi-professional individuals, teams, groups, organisations, communities of practice and managed networks. At an individual level we will continue to work directly with Chief Executives, Directors, health and social care professionals, and managers at all levels, across a range of public and private sector organisations. Our offer is now further bolstered to reflect specialisms in both health and social care settings.
